Job Details:

• Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic (Onsite)
• Locations: Orange Park, FL / Fleming Island, FL / St. Augustin, FL
• Job Type Available: Part-Time / Full Time / Permanent / Contract
• Schedule: Outpatient clinic hours (specific days/hours can be discussed)

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on patient care under PT supervision
• Manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training
• Patient education and Home Exercise Program (HEP) instruction
• Accurate documentation of patient progress

Pay:

• Pay Rate: Starting from $24.00 - $40.00 per hour or your expectations , based on experience
• Additional benefits and details to be discussed during the interview
